Homebound Ministry
It is at Mass that we Catholics, ordinarily receive Jesus through Holy Communion. However, there are many who are unable to attend Mass due to illness, disability or the infirmity of old age, who desire to receive Holy Communion. Our Eucharistic outreach ministry ensures those desiring to receive Christ in the Eucharist can do so.
"Then Jesus declared, 'I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.'" (John 6:35)
Our Aim
We hope to be able to bring Holy Communion to all those in the St. Stephen Parish who are homebound.
